Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok...this whole day i ate 2 much- 1 banana, i apple, 1 cup of grapes, 1 plum, an english muffin with jelly, 2 bowls of cherios, (dinner)-chicken, potatoes, broccoli all covered in cheese-. mudslide from dairy queen, and 2 quaker rice cakes. most of it id healthy though. i think that cuz the past few days i havnt eaten much(but still exercised)it made me really hungry today. i will TRY to get back on track tomarrow.
