Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 125 lb - An hour after I woke up I had a half cup of green tea. An hour after that I had 2 scrambled eggs w/ 2 lightly buttered pieces of toast. Im having a peanut butter sandwich w/ celery on the side. Dinner will be pasta. In between I'm going to have vegetables like carrots,green beans or corn as snacks and of course 8-10 cups of water. Total calories= 1500 Sound good?
