Ht. 5'5", Start: 205 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Well I lost 6 pounds this week. I also lost all that I gained at the stressful end of the school year. My goal is between 175 and 180 by August 5, because I will be going to a waterpark that day. And I'd love by the end of the summer to be about 155, but I'm not going to get my hopes up. I was working out twice a day and eating normally, buring about 1200 calories a day, but I didn't lose any weight. So I cut what I was eating back and burn about 800 calories a day instead with absolutly no eating after i work out (I work out every night at 8:30). It's been working
