Message Replying To From Blair, Age 14 Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 155 lb - HEY i'm back, so heres my day today. FOOD- lean cuisine chicken and rice and vegies,30 cherries,30 blueberries,healthy choice fudge bar,1 piece of meatloaf,mashed potatoes,green beans,1 small piece of garlic bread,6 cups of water and 1 cup of milk. EXCERCIZE-30 minutes of namaste yoga,20 minute walk (i walked 1 mile),2 hours of cheerleading. So how did i do? But if like anyone says to eat more I like can't because throughout the whole day I'm full with all of that like i constantly drink water and eat ice and it fills me up. So i'm hoping to lose about 10 more pounds before school starts! |
