Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 105 lb - hey! theres something i thought of that im starting to do so u take atleast 10,000 steps a day and get ur meals in.wake up and eat breakfast. dont eat again until u take 2000 steps. then eat lunch. then 2000 more steps. then dinner and 2000 more steps. then eat a snack then u cant eat again til u take 2000 more steps. after u eat ur second snack take 2000(or more) steps to get to 10,000 or higher. so thats 5 meals a day and if u eat at a certain time then u know u got to get active to reach 2000 steps to have ur next meal. i DO have certain times i eat at and i cant screw that up so i exercise(like running, or jumproping) so i can get those steps in so i can haee my next meal AND i do atleast 10,000 steps a day. it might be stupid(or hard to understand the way i put it into words) but it kindof helps me.
