Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey You guys im stil at 145 but today i feel better today. and yester i did ok i had a bowl of special k, 3 peices of 1/2 of a saucer size grilled chicken, a small bowl of macoroni , about 20 hot tamales, yogurt with granola, and a speical k bar and i ran 1/2 mile and played some wall ball soccer. o and a little tip after youve eaten try 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar it surely makes you lose you appitite
