Ht. 5'4", Start: 129 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ok i need a lot of help so this is what im thinking. i get up at like 11 so at 12 i will have 2 eggs w/kep^ and then i will workout for like 15min on the elipical(dont know how to spell it) then i was think lunch meat sandwitch for luch then another 15-20min and then for dinner i will have some of whatever my dad makes then another 20-30min. i really need help im starting this tomorrow and i need to know what i need to change about it to make it work better please help
