Ht. 5'7", Start: 297.5 lb, Current: 283 lb, Goal: 180 lb - I feel like I ate too much today. I had half a tuna sandwhich, half a quesadilla from taco bell, a serving of fish with a tablespoon of tartar sauce, about a cup of fried zuchini and yellow squash mixture with half a tablespoon of cheese, a few cucumber slices and about a half cup of pasta salad. I only drank diet soda and water. I know I need to get more fruits and veggies but as far as calories, did I eat too much? I feel kinda grossed out like I pigged out or something.
