Message Replying To From Chantel, Age 14 Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys im back on track and weight 135 now. I got this great book today, The Diet for Teenagers Only by Carrie Wiatt and Barbara Schroeder. Gives you great advice and even gives you a 7 day meal plan and some exercise routines! Recommend it. Once I get back to 130, im going to try them out. |
