Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I'm going on vacation from 2 weeks today. And I want to lose 5 more pounds. This is what my usual day is. Wake up around 10-12 in the late morning, eat breakfast, then at 1 or 2 or 3 eat lunch, do 30 min or more of soccer then, later after supper which is around 5 or 6. Then me and my grandma take a 30 min or more walk. Then later on in the night I do whatever exercise I feel like doing. So is this going to help me lose 5 pounds please help
