Message Replying To From Alexandra, Age 14 Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Hi okay so if i eat 1250 calories a day, and burn off like 600-750 calories a day will i lose weight? And does it matter really what I eat if I keep the calories within my limit or what type of exercise I do If i burn within my limit? I mean I do cardio and strength and intervals so plz don't tell me that. Okay let me know thanx!3 |
