Ht. 5'7", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 154 lb - hey ya'll well i have been doin sometin. well it isent a diet. when i put the name diet on something it sounds so harsh. i just realized how bad some stuff hurts my body, i mean we have always been taught not to do drugs cause it can kill us so can obessity! So on my health kick as i call it i just cut soda out completly.FAST FOOD gone! Water my new fave drink. Set bed times so you can be a bit routine. Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You shouldnt skip meals cause then you binge eat which is the worse:(. Eat slower so your body has enough time to realize hey i just took a bite so you will know when you are full and not to over eat. Sweets are not the enemy just limit yourself you dont have to eat the whole box. set a time line dont eat after 8pm. atleast that is my time. Cut it in half save some for later so you dont eat it all at one time this i found is easier then it sounds:). Do reaserch and find out what certain foods do to your health. Expeasily trans fat it causes your good chlestral to go done and you bad to go up that is bad:( trans fat=bad very bad. um, i will keep you posted on any more tips k, well if anyone wants to try it i think it will help well i sure do hope i was helpfull, bye k good luck erebody:)
