Ht. 5'4", Start: 226 lb, Today: 224 lb, Goal: 115 lb - for the next 30 days it will be hell for me. i am going to diet and tan all day. have to get ready for school. i am going to wake up at 8 am every day, as aposed to 12pm like i do now. soccer is starting in 2 weeks then theres school tryouts. i am going to take it a little esier in september because i will be doing rec soccer, and hopefully school soccer (if i make the team) if not i will be doeing tennis lessons. i will also have lots of hw and be going to all the football games (i have a crush on aguy who is gonna b on the football team =]) so i am going to be supper bussy and hoefully loose weight. does that sound like a good plan?
