Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everybody. I've been having trouble recently. Back in January I was eating really well and working out only a few times a week. I lost about 20 pounds. Then i stopped because I got so busy with school and everything. I gained almost 10 pounds back.. and i've lost about 3 now. But i've been eating really well this whole week. I've also worked out every day this week. I just can't seem to lose weight. Maybe it's because I've been doing some weight stuff and it's muscle or weight or something. I just don't know. It's so annoying not to see the scale change so rapidly like it did last time. Does anybody have any tips? Today for breakfast I had some whole grian cereal and green tea. I did a 75 min. arobics class and then I just ate a turkey sandwhich with a big side of zuchini. I've been having salads, veggies, chicken, whole grain pasta and stuff like that all week. I'm just not budging. Help!!! (I'm not eating fruit until monday. the first time that i lost so much weight. i cut out all sugar.. including fruit for 10 days. then i started eating 2 servings a day. so that's what i'm doing agian. ) I just pretty much eat lotttss of veggies instead of fruits right now. Help!!!!
