Ht. 5'10", Start: 210 lb, Today: 207 lb, Goal: 150 lb - okay today will be the 5th day of my low carb diet... ive been doing really well on it. now i just need to start excersizing so today i went for a mile run... well it was a run/walk thing cuz im not a good runner. so i would run for like 2 minutes then walk for 2. i think any excersize is good tho... now im just going on and on. i want to start playing tennis today, so im gonna try and do that also.
