Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Alrighty so today I thought I did bad with exercising and eating but when I put it all on my calorie chart in Fitday .com it was ok. so for breakfast I had oatmeal w/ 1/2 an apple, lunch- cottage cheese,watermelon, veggie boca burger, and a rice cake, snack-a peach and a skinny cow 140 calorie ice cream sandwhich, dinner-cottage cheese, 10 baby carrots, 6 strawberries,a rice cake, and a low cal tortilla w/ laughing cow cheese wedge(35 cals) and 2 slices of turkey. I added it all in my counter and it was only like 990 cals altogether! I though it was way more. And for exercising I did 2 30 min. pilates videos and 30 min. on the exercise bike and i went to the fair so walked for about 3 hours. I burned around 700 calories. Does the counter always work right? Did I do okay today?
