Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - ok I went tubing on my grandads boat for like a little bit today but I only went once and we swam in the lake for like half an hour and I did the exercise bike for half an hour and then pilates for an hour. How did I do is that enough or do I need to walk or something?
