ONLY eat when your hungry NEVER eat when ur not hungry trust me, it will help. and excersize every day for 30-60 min. even if its swimming, running,walking, anything that is excersize. hopefully that will help. im looking for a weight loss buddy so if anyone wants to be mine email me...omgitznomi@hotmail.com kk byee |
