Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - okay yesterday and over the wekkend I ate overe 3,500 calories everday amd I thimk I gained 2 pounds. So today and tomorrow I was going to not eat and exercise a lot but only for two days. Howvere is it better to just start new today and eat healthy and exercise a lot? I am scared though because I was so proud and tomorrow I am going to the doctor and I wanted them to see how much weight I lost but now my self esteem is back at zero because I ate so much I can't control my disgusting self. I purged and took medicine but then just ate more! PLz respond because I am not eating, or not eating anyway, until someone responds to me!
