Message Replying To From kim, Age 16 Ht. 5'4", Start: 157 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 125 lb - i wish i could drive. Then i could go to a running track every day before work. Like. If some one drives me. and i wanna go running for an hour and a half what are they supposed to do? It sucks. And. Biking hurts y butt :( but how much biking would i have to do to be equivelent to an hour of hard excersice...since biking is kinda easier... |
