Message Replying To From Alexandra, Age 14 Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 115 lb - OMG I hate myself I am sooooo stupid there must be something wrong with me! I finally reach my goal of 115 lbs and today I was sick and it was raining so I was alone in my house and all I did was eat crap all friggin day! I had 2 waffles and cottage cheese, 4 quakers cinnamon bars, 2 snack bags of teddy grams, a big bowl of special k cereal, a special k bar, a lean cuisine panini, 2 rice cakes, a turkey and cheese wrap, a strawberry milkshake, 2 peanut butter cookies, itlalian ice, and sweet and sour chicken frm the chinese place. THats all I can remember I probably shoved more food in my mouth today though. UGH I feel horrible I have a major headache and I can't do anything and I ate like soo many calories I bet I gained 2 lbs no lie! All this when I finally reached my goal it sucks! I know I can start right again tomorrow, but I still ate so much today! Its like everytime I do good I screw it up. I finally am a size 5 jr.s and a size 2 in old navy and now I screwed it up I am such a big FAT! loser. Im gonna go sulk in self pity |
