Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I didn't eat that much today. I had a breakfast burriot at mcdonalds, organge hic. Then for lunch I had a grilled hamburger, some chips, and a pepsi. For supper I have about 1/2 can of soup and more chips and wate and a piece of hard candy. So that's about 1100 calories because a burrito is only about 300 and I also had a mild sauce with that to only one small package. For exercise I'm gonna do 30 min of tank top arms,bikini belly, and boy shorts bottoms. and maybe something else I can't start exercsing and I don't know why. So how did I do
