If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From victoria, Age 15 Ht. 5'1", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 120 lb - OK...i am 15 right...and i am 140 punds! i hate it i don't like how i look i know i look over weight! i have a sweet tooth and it sucks i don't eat as much sweets as i used to because well i just don't really but if there is something in the house i might eat it if i want but sometimes i don't!...i think my main problem is i eat our of bordem! please can someone give a me an idea on what to do?...i am a kid who is in love with basketball and baseball they used to keep me fit i think but than i got injured and my parents won't let me do many things anymore! i used to bike ride but than i just got really busy and couldn't do it and plus it put strain on my knees ( the injured part of me)i want to go to the Gym and work out but can't do it A) parents say i am too young B)feel embarresed my friend and I are going to join an aerobics class but have to find one to really excited about it! I want to be able to go to the gym and work out but i don't want to pay and i don'tw ant to waste money on movies that won't work ...all-in-all i guess it sounds like i don't want to do it and i am lazy but wel it is true i kind of don't want ot do it but no i am not being lazy well i don't think ...yet! any help,info,suggestions would be nice!?!?! thanks |
