Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - this may sound wierd being on an overweight sight but how do u gain weight in a healthy way?! i found a girl who doesnt eat much, has a fast metabolism, and exercises alot. she is th exact opposite of me and we want to trade how we live. im gonna eat what she normally eats and shes gonna eat what i normally eat. im gonna exercise more and she will exercise less. i want to lose weight and she wants to gain some weight(both fat and muscle and about 11 pounds). can u gain weight EVENLY throughout ur body by eating junk all day or will it go to her stomach? how can u get it to go everywhere? also, do u think i can lose some weight like this. I KNOW IT MAY BE UNHEALTHY BUT WE ARE TRYING IT, JUST TO SEE HOW DIFFERENT A SKINNY PERSON AND FATTER PERSON LIVE AND WHY ONE IS HEAVIER.
