Message Replying To From kim, Age 16 Ht. 5'4", Start: 157 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 125 lb - me and my friend are going to go running everyday before school. 15 minutes-5 times a week, do you think even though its just 15 minutes a day with smaller portions of food i could still loose like 10lbs a week/ or is it not enough excersice to do anythind impactful? |
