Ht. 5'4", Start: 185 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 135 lb - hello again everyone. i was just wondering if anyone has heard of or does the BeachBody tapes for exercise. I am doing the Turbo Jam tapes and they are pretty good so far. it's like a cardio-kickboxing-dance tape. school starts on tuesday for me, and that means i will have volleyball practice for a couple hours a day about 4 days a week. i know it's hard to imagine that someone of my height and weight plays volleyball, but i do lol. do you think that would be enough exercise or should i do the exercise tapes as well? i am a little worried about not having enough time cause i will have a lot of homework and college applications and SAT Subject Test studying to do. also, i have been having some trouble sticking to a diet lately and i was wondering if anyone had any tips. i know what i'm supposed to eat, it's just hard to actually do it day after day. thanks!
