Message Replying To From Mandy, Age 16 Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 125 lb - .................. woah, i just went for a run on my NEW TREADMILL!!!! lol im so excited i have 1 :P but yea holy crap i only did 20 mins of run/walk pretty intense but i am so wiped out!! gahhh i cant believe how unfit ive gotten after i havent been 2 the gym 4 like a month! b4 when i used 2 go i could do 20 mins easy and still have enough energy to do more! ..... but yea im going to do another 20 mins later 2 night so thats 40 mins of pretty intense cardio 4 me :D im hoping 2 b 164 lbs 2morro when i weigh myself :D will post again 2morro 2 tell u if i made my goal or not xoxoxoxoxo ♥ ♥ ♥ |
