If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Claire, Age 18 Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So as you all know (or probably not since nobody cares to read my posts ahem but I already mentioned that earlier..) I used to weight 159! and I was so happy that I finally made it to the 150's... but then I gained like 6 lbs because I got lazy and work piled up and school and all that crap...anyway so now I'm starting over again or jumping back in. I dance everyday for an hour and do situps and pushups and limit my time on the computer by staying more active and of course back to eating healthy. I hope it works and I make it back to the 150's! and eventually reach my goal weight from there! |
