If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Mandy, Age 16 Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ..................... wooohoo i lost 2 pounds instead of my goal of 1 :D :D i went 4 a run after i just woke up and i feel so great :D hehe i think i actually may be able to do this :D ...... BUT YEA can u guys tell me wat u think of my new exercise PLAN: 20 min run/walk 2/3 mornings a week, and 20/30 min run/walk 5/6 afternoon/nights a week .... i also walk home from school and thats like 20 mins but i walk pretty slow so its not really counted as a cardio work out but yea :D well im off to have a bana for breakfast :D have a great day every1 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ |
