Ht. 5'9", Start: 176 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 140 lb - so over the summer i didnt lose any weight lol but i wasnt really trying...now i am back on track! i lost 2.6 poudns last week so i'm at 160.4. I'm hoping to be at 145 by Christmas. Then by spring break (playa del carmen woo!!) i really wanna be 140! that would be so awesome. i know running is the best, but do y'all know any specific exercises to lose lower belly fat?!
