Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Right. So I feel my weight loss slowing down and I have a good 25-26 more pounds to lose and maybe I'll try for more because I don't feel like I look acceptable at all. I feel a slow down and like I'm not losing much/at all anymore. So I've decided to add the following changes to my diet since I exercise for atleast 3 continuous hours a day and there's only so much time that can be alloted for that. I eat twice a day and I've decided that I will be allowed one glass of tea per meal and the rest will be water. I'm also going to cut my portion size down by a third and if I get salad I will not put croutons or cheese on it and I will use honey mustard but sparingly. Hopefully my loss will pick up again and I can hit 179 before Halloween. What do you guys think?
