Message Replying To From rachel, Age 13 Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - What would be a good start to try to loose atleast 1-2 lbs. a week? I am already working out, but only a little for 5 days a week. And i'm trying to cut back on some food. Is that enough to start out or should I be doig more? |
