Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is my goal. lose 30 pounds January 1,2008. Get into at least a medium in Junoirs and at least a 2 in pants.All this by September 10,2008. I'm going to start walking for 30 min a day. At least basketball or soccer twice a day. And doing some taebo.I'm also going to start eating better. I bought fruit today. So I hope this helps me I think I finally realized that I need to stop eating so much bad stuff. Please reply if you think I can do this
