Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 175 lb - i was reading a magazine at work today, and theres this diet called the Fiber35Diet. it basically tells you you need to eat 35 grams of fiber a day, wayyy more than people normally eat, but the recommended amount. the more fiber, the faster you lose the weight because for 35 grams of fiber, you burn 245 calories doing nothing. and apparantly it works. im going to try it. hopefully this gets me off of my plateau, plus i quit my job at a corner store so i wont be around chocolate anymore, and i will have time after school to jog and walk and ride my bike. wish me luck. good luck everybody!
