Message Replying To From Amanda, Age 18 Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 175 lb - so this weekend was a binge-fest. but i didnt gain any weight. i'm at this point now where i dont gain or lose no matter what i do. but i still cant stand seeing 195 on the scale every day, so i'm running/power walking every evening. i was sweating like crazy and it felt awesome, because i know i worked really hard, my heart was pumping and my legs were sore. it's an awesome feeling, plus i had to do something, i gave into my chocolate craving AGAIN. i am swearing off of junk food for 2 weeks at LEAST to see if i can control myself, which is gonna be hard lol anyone out there been on a pleateau for a month or more? how did you get off of it? please let me know, its killing me! thanks :) |
