Message Replying To From Lisa, Age 14 Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Ok, for breakfast i had a bagel w/ cream cheese and orange juice, lunch, i had red beans and rice with corn bread, mixed fruit, and grape juice, then for dinner i am having steak with rice, cream corn and green beans, i know its all very fattening, but atleast i haven't snacked on anything or ate anything junky. anyways, let me know how i did........... |
