Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 165 lb - okay, so i'm exhausted. i went on a hard bike ride with my mom today for over an hour, and then did some crunches and pushups and what not, and i ate extremely well today. i hope i get off my plateau soon! in the past few weeks ive said i was going to try the south beach diet, and the fiber35diet, but i think starting tomorrow im going to do weight watchers. its easier and effective. my aunts are losing weight fast on it so i hope this will work for me. anyone out there doing weight watchers? if so how are you doing and are you seeing results fast?
