Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 175 lb - okay i was watching tv today and it said that if you've hit a plateau, or cant lose weight, it could be that you aren't eating enough calories, which i haven't been. so im going to up my calories to 1500-1600 and see what happens. im also thinking about joining a gym, its so close to my house, like a 3 minute walk so i think itd be a good idea, and its all girls so i wouldnt feel self concious about getting sweaty. ahh i really hope this works. i just hate wanting to lose weight because its ALL i think about. literally. im so sick and tired because its making me obsessed with weight. i feel like im going psycho or something. i need to relax and take my mind off of it somehow but i dunno how. oh well i just know i can do this. i mean, ive lost 30 pounds i know i can lose another 20. it will just take some time i guess. so wish me luck because i just want the darn scale to move so i can stop being obsessed and angry at the scale lol
