Ht. 5'1", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - AHH ok so today I only had oatmeal for breakfast and some soy chips for a snack but im going to dinner tonight and I am gonna try not to eat too bad and skip dessert. However we are also eatinbg dip and crackers and cheesy bread ( my special recipe i was begged to make) for my sisters b-day before we go out to dinner but not until like 5:30 so I think I am gonna skip lunch alright I hope I dont overeat and stay ok while out and eating! :(
