Ht. 5'6", Start: 206 lb, Today: 202 lb, Goal: 175 lb - i WANT TO LOSE 5-10 POUNDS THIS MONTH IS THAT TO LITTLE OR TO MUCH ?????? i NEED HELP...LOL bUT I AM NOT REALLY SURE HOW TO DO THAT CAUSE WITH MY FAMILY WE R ALWAYS GOING OUT TO EAT WITH G-PARENTS AN DTHEY ALWAYS MAKE ME GO ( WE EAT ALOT OF MEXICAN FOOD WHICH IS NOT GOOD FOR US ) sO MOST OF THE TIME I WILL GET A TACO SALAD SO IT WON'T BE TO MANY CALORIES BUT I DON;T KNOW IF IT IS REALLY HELPING BY DOING THAT OR SHOULD I JUST LIKE NOT EVEN EAT WHEN I GO WITH THEM AND JUST WAIT TILL I GET HOME SOO I CAN EAT BETTER?????
