Message Replying To From Rachel!, Age 13 Ht. 5'5", Start: 315 lb, Today: 309 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Okay besides drinking the water, and exercise for an hour or more a day, I know that and then the eating right. But how can you loose weight very fast? I'vfe been trying since I was younger like 7 and nothing seems to really work. |
