Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Well i feel pretty amazing...haha I just got back from the gym and ran for a half hour and burned 400 cals! Oh yeah! Today was a great intake but here is goes (B) Granola Bar-120 (L) Slice of Pizza, Skim Milk, Fruit Snacks (D) Slice of Pizza, Salad, Skim Milk, and a little dish of ice cream. I usually have more variety but nothing else really sounded good today OH WELL! LoL But other then that I dressed super cute today and didn't see the boy i'm crushing on *sigh* But thats ok he has a flag football game tomorrow for our college (they just have a bunch of intermural sports) but he has a t-shirt of mine (which i may add is a bit too small for him but i don't mind b/c i can see his muscles...hehe) and he always wears it to play because its his good luck shirt so he will see me tomorrow! Sorry i'm rambling and gotta do hw, those #s better be lower tomorrow! Stay Strong.
