Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 175 lb - k well today all i ate for breakfast was a 50 calorie yogurt and 2 hard boiled eggs, so i had 200 calories. then i got home from school and my mom had bought pizza, but its thin crust but i was starving so i had like 4 pieces. but i dont think ill be eating any more tonight because im full, so i dunno how many calories that is but i dont think thats too bad considering i do so well. plus the scale wont budge anyways so whats the freaking point
