Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 125 lb - So guys i just found this website and i think its a great support group. im gonna post some easy tips to get on track to your new lifestyle. - instead of soda drink juice or crystal light or even my new favorite vitamin water. - instead of icecream try some yogurt and granola or you can add some fresh fruit... yummm - try to stay away from stuff thats first ingredient is high fructose corn syrup.... worse than sugar - eat breakfast it will give you energy and studies suggest that people lose just as much weight - and lastly never get down on yourself its ok everybody makes mistakes just adjust accordingly the next day. keep it up, Sara
