Ht. 5'3", Start: 173 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Breakfast: Poptart [woke up wayyyy to late] [7:00am] .Lunch: peanut butter sandwhich on whole wheat, 7 baby carrots, water bottle [9:30am] .After school- peanut butter sandwich on W.w bread, a glass of fat free milk [ 2:15pm] .Dinner- small grilled chicken caesar salad, and barely ate the chicken, and didnt finish the salad because i got full.[7:30pm]....so i really hate that i have lunch so early at school...at 9:25 in the morning it starts, and my stomach is growling by 5th period which is at noon-ish, and i can't eat until i come home at 2....do you guys think i ate enough today?? bc i feel like i did eat enough but then again i dont
