Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So i went down another lb today! Yeah...181.6. I'm pretty stoked about it! I feel like i'm really getting back on track. But here is how today went (B) Low Fat Yogurt (L) Soup (S) Fruit Snacks (D) Salad, slice of Pizza, Skim milk And then i ran for 45 min and burned 525 cals and plus i worked an 8 hr shift and i work in retail so i am on my feet the whole time so thats nice. Oh and another thing I did at work today was make a list of mini goals for myself with little rewards and it goes like this (175) Taking all my girls out to our fav lil restaurant and a movie (170) Buy myslef this really cute shirt i have been longing for (165) New Belly button ring (155) Get my nails and toes done, oh and my hair re-colored (150) Get a new pair of HCO jeans (145-UGW! which i wanna make by x-mas) Buy a whole bunch of "look at me now clothes" Haha i'm a dork and i have to go finish getting ready so I can go out tonight!
