Ht. 5'1", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Ok so I rode for 40 minutes on the exercise bike, hopefully I am going for a 40min. walk later if I ever finish my homework. Ok tell me if I did ok today, B-Egg whites w/ 1 slice of fat free cheese, and 1 kiwi- 155 calories L-1/2 ham sandwhich on low calorie wheat, pretzels, grapes- 255 calories, Snacks-1 apple, 1/2 bag of 100 cal. popcorn, pretzels, pickles- 245 D-boca burger on low cal wheat, steamed broccoli, tomatoes-260 altogeter-915, I know its not a lot but I ate horrible over the weekend plus I might have some low calorie ice cream in a cone making my total 1050. Rate it plz. Thank you.
