If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From kaitlynn, Age 14 Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 110 lb - ok so i lost another pound yay!!! but i really need to start excircising at the beginning of the school year i started jogging but then i stopped like 3wks ago. so now i don't want to start again because i cant run out side when it gets cold and like it got cold early here so does anyone have any ideas i run about 1/2 a mile on tuesdays and thurdays. and i can do it sooo easy now im really happy. but i really want a work out that works that i can do in the privicey of my own room any ideas ?? thx GOOD LUCK 2 u all:) |
