Message Replying To From Chantel, Age 14 Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Oi. :( This summer I was actively on this website and I was 128 pounds. After a trip to San Fran, my weight sky rocketed and I never got back on track. I just started eating healthy again on Oct. 2. I was doing great but last night I freaked out and snacked. The next time I'm allowed to snack out is on Halloween (of course). But I'm determined to get back on track. It won't be so difficult to get back down to 130 because I was only 130 about two months ago. I'm going to eat three meals a day, with cheat days on special occasions. Once I get down to 130, or whenever it starts to become harder to loose weight, I'll change tactics and eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. I take yoga every Thursday and I'm going to start going to curves on the weekends, but it's hard to find time in the week to exercise. I want to be down to 130 by Christmas time and down to 120 by Valentines Day, well around those times. Good luck to everyone, and wish me luck :) |
