Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 161 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I lost 3 pounds and I feel so good. Ok, tell me how I did: B-none, no time L-Grape juice, salad- lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, croutons, and low fat ranch dreesing S-fruit and nut granola bar and bottle of water S- haven't had it yet........i also had one of those cupcake things with the white squiggly line so i am going to have to work that off......how did i do?
